Age is just a number. I am believing that anyone can have a totally healthy life by just following very simple rule that anyone can do and I have been doing for more than 25 years, no cost, I think save you a lot of money. A Healthy life require no money, Just commitment and dedication.
I am over 40 years old now(born in 1979), eating once a day for more than 10 years, No Alcohol🍾, No Smoking🚭, Living healthy life👌💪🏃♂️ a Japanese Living in Germany 🇩🇪
Until When i was 17 years, I was chubby and teased for that. I lost 15 kg during summer vacation (in month and half). It is not difficult to lose weight but more important and difficult is keeping the shape.
Before starting new staff, first thing to do for your new healthy lifestyle is that quitting bad habit.
Here is the basic rule that I have been following. I think it is very simple and anyone can follow.
1, Do not eat too much
The reason why people get fat is just eating too much.
People eat more than necessary getting fat and unhealthy.
You have to be able to control yourself.
I only eat once a day. There is no reason to eat 3 times a day.
2, Eat and drink as natural stuff as possible
I try to eat more whole foods than processed foods.
Especially, I do not eat snacks and sweets.(Cookies, Candies, Cakes, Ice Cream, Chips, Chocolates, etc)
These things make you eat more and more. Unable to stop eating. Gradually losing your control of appetite.
When you feel hungry during day, I recommend you to eat nuts.
Try not to drink alcohol.
Alcohol make you eat more.
If you do drink alcohol, drink with someone, do not drink along.
If you drink alcohol along, higher risk of becoming Alcoholic.
Do not drink soda and Juice(even 100%).
These stuff containing too much sugars, staying away from sugar as much as possible is key to not to become sick.
I basically drink only water and 2 cups of espresso a day.
Try not to eat and drink cold stuff much. It makes your body feel tired.
I only drink room temperature water and i do not eat ice.
I do not take any medicines.
I have not taken any medicine for more than 10 years except once I took a pain killer when I broke a toe.
3, Some exercise
– I am running basically every day in the morning, if it is not raining.
– I do some workout also in the morning.
I am office worker, basically I am sitting whole day so I have to make time for some exercise.
I have been running from when I was 17 years old.
No need to go to Gym.
You do not need to be like Schwarzenegger or picture of Men’s health magazine cover.
Bottom line
Those 3 things are rule that I have been following.
Very simple, not difficult, No cost.
It is not difficult to lose weight but more important and difficult is keeping the shape.
Because it requires commitment, dedication, and consistency.
I have been doing this for more than 25 years and keep my shape.
I am believing that by following these simple rule, anyone can have a healthy life.
